Return Eligibility Guidelines    
To make your return process smooth and efficient, please ensure the following criteria are met:  

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, maintaining their original condition.  
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and included in the return.  
  • The product should be returned in the same clean, undamaged state in which it was received.  
  • Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.  
  • To start the return process, please reach out to our customer support team within the given timeframe.  
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions or are requested beyond the allowed period may not be approved.

    Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll share the return shipping address along with detailed steps to complete the return process.  

Please note that returns not adhering to the guidelines set forth in our Return & Refund Policy may be declined.    

Refund Process and Timeline    
After receiving your returned item, our quality assurance team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. You will be notified of the outcome, confirming whether your refund has been approved. Upon approval, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been successfully processed.    

Partial Refunds    
In select instances, a partial refund may be granted if the returned item has minor wear, slight damage, or is missing original accessories. These cases apply when the product doesn’t fully meet our return standards but qualifies for limited reimbursement.
